Personal Development Tip - True Inner Intent Equals Outcome Always

No matter what the outcome is; it holds purpose and is created as we desired it to be for a higher level of self realization.

Find ways to empower self by being responsible for what stands before you as an experience you chose to have. Without judging the experience, allow yourself to feel it, learn from it, and contemplate the change that will assist you in reaching both your short and long term goals, then place an action behind your words. If you judge, blame, run away, or turn your back on what challenges you, you will soon discover that what you are running from is an aspect of self that you haven't accepted/loved as self. We all know that we can't run away from ourselves.

If you maintain clear vision, focus, clarity of intent and a continual commitment to empowering/loving self expands you are able to open doors of opportunities that are closed to those with self defeating attitudes. Continue to pray, meditate, love, laugh, declare, and create a playfulness in what you do. Be who you desire to be through balanced action, trust and keep the inner knowing that all that is internally desired is given unto you.

If you are sincere about your passion, and your dreams, don't do it halfheartedly. Go for it. Accept no excuses. Just do it. Flow with and live life instead of reacting to or running from life. Quit looking for life to be reasonable from a limited perspective. Expand beyond old ways that no longer support life as you dream it to be.

If your life doesn't appear to be 'working', reevaluate what you are doing to find your true intent. Refine and improve the questions you ask yourself by looking honestly at what 'is' the outcome. Whatever the outcome 'is', is exactly what you wanted to have to receive an expanded level of self-realization. Examine what you perceive you may lose or gain and you can discover your unconscious beliefs. Remember the most important aspect that allows the desired change to accrue is honesty and responsibility to yourself. Accept the fact that what is 'reality' in your life is exactly what you internally desire. If you create a life of hardship, it is because you gain a worth from it being that way.

If you logically speak this is not what you desire, go deep within your heart and ask yourself what are your payoffs. For all actions are for self-interest and there is a payoff if you look under the layers of reactive behavior. You react and perform for others in the desire to receive or give what you perceive love to be. If your need for validation is stronger than what you speak you desire, you will create a reality to support your strongest requirement. Take full responsibility for your creations without judgment on self or blame on another.

Remember, all that stands before you, whether you like it or not, is your creation. It is your way to receive what you perceive love to be. The only way to change your reality is by being responsible for what you have created without judgment or blame. Whatever you have created holds purpose. Find the purpose, find the good, then move on! Holding onto the mindset that what was created was painful only gives it the opportunity to recreate more pain. Remember, fear and pain can not live within self unless it is given credence to do so in any form. Fear perpetuates fear. To end an existence of fear, discover what unconscious thought is creating it.

Look at the outcome of each situation and how you were served by that situation. Denial that you have not been served continues the re-occurrence of that fear. We are always being served no matter what is the perceived pain. That which is not to be for our highest good will never be, and that which is to be for our highest good will always be. Trust in an intelligence that lives within self as an all knowing energy force in its purest form.

When you silence the ideology of a judgmental mind, you will open your world to peace, harmony and an inner fulfilling abundance. This type of allowance unfolds a joyous, harmonious love within self. As we continue to unfold the unshakable love that lives within all of us, we realize we are never at the "effect of" any human experience unless we chose to be.

What Is Your Passion?

What is passion? Dictionary definitions include "a powerful emotion, such as love, joy, hatred, or anger; ardent love; strong sexual desire; lust; the object of such love or desire; boundless enthusiasm or the object of such enthusiasm; an abandoned display of emotion, especially of anger", and so on.

This article is about passion in the sense of powerfully focused emotion/enthusiasm. Your passions can be an excellent indicator of what you are here to do. Before coming to this planet, we agreed to a separation from our eternal selves, so that part can only speak to us through our emotions, saying "yes, that one" or "no, not this way". The more passionate you are on a certain topic, the more likely it is to be part of what you are here to do. The following questions will help you identify your passions:

What do you LOVE
What do you KNOW
What do you DESIRE
What do you EXCEL AT
What do you FOCUS ON
What do you SEE that others don't?
What do you need to INTEGRATE? That means getting your system lined up with what you want, on all levels.

These seven are the components of PASSION. So let's look at them:

What do you LOVE? When you love someone or something, then you automatically see the best in that person or topic, and willingly lend yourself to its care and support. This opens up your faculties for compassion and light. You are more naturally light-hearted and enlightened about those things you love, and this increases your desire and ability to learn about that person or subject. Remember when you were in love? And how you wanted to know everything about your beloved? Well, some people feel the same about medicine, design, or engineering: it's endlessly fascinating if that is the object of your love. Well, if that topic is part of your blueprint, you will have a similar enduring fascination. So what you love is going to be part of what you are here to do. In fact, learning to love is one of our required courses during this lifetime.

What do you KNOW? Your inner blueprint is always going to combine your previous experiences and types of training, no matter how diverse. Whatever you did and learned in the past adds to your unique skill set and perspective, both of which can be used in the service of your divine blueprint once you are in alignment.

What do you DESIRE? What do you lean in to? What do you feel the lack of when it's absent, and enjoy when it reappears? Contrary to some religious positions that distrust desire, or see it as the root of all suffering, I believe that desire is your firmest connection between your higher self and your human self, between the seen and unseen fields. Through desire, your eternal self is attempting to guide you using your emotions. When you have expanded feelings, it means "go here - do this!" Contracted or negative feelings mean "not this one". So you can use your desire nature to find out what you are here to engage with. Usually your desires are positive, and bring you joy or pleasure. Of course, sometimes the lesson is "don't do this again!"

What do you EXCEL AT? If you are designed to do something specific, you will naturally have the resources to fulfill your assignment. You come fully loaded with the talents and programs you require to thrive! So many people think they should do this or that, then look at how they can train as an accountant, doctor, architect, or whatever. They think about what might work for them, rather than asking what their inner blueprint calls for. People who go the conventional route tend to get burnt out by their 40s, because the work they do is out of alignment for their lives. It's so much more efficient and enjoyable to listen within and find out what programs you already have, and what you require to polish that up and express it. Mozart had a innate genius for composition; he just needed to practice the piano, and fortunately was born to a father who taught keyboards. Now, that's the way to learn excellence!

What do you FOCUS ON? By universal law, what you focus on expands in your life. You always focus on what's important to you, for good or ill. Some people appear to relish suffering, martyrdom, poverty and depression - at least they stay focused on stress or pain. Your focus says a lot about what your Spirit finds important. One person devotes a lot of time to staying fit and healthy; another speaks/writes/thinks about spiritual issues all the time. Yet another is fascinated by numbers and spends all her time on mathematics and physics. Someone else loves order, and becomes an accountant (as well as keeping a tidy home and having a haircut every month). Your focus shows up everywhere in your life, not just your profession, though of course, it's best to have a profession that uses your natural focus! Fortunately it's usually easy to identify your natural focus, because (of course) you'll be spending a lot of time doing whatever that is.

What do you SEE that others don't see? This identifies your area of service, and thus what you are passionate about. Serving humanity, the planet, and God (however you think of God) is about seeing problems and creating wonderful solutions that restore, improve or create better conditions for everyone. In order to solve a problem, you have to see that there is a problem. The more precisely and clearly you see a particular problem, the more likely it is that you are part of the solution, and the greater passion you will have for solving it. We each have a unique vision of the world, and we can use that to help co-create heaven on earth. This applies equally to the negative (situations that are out of whack) and positive (your vision of how great and wonderful things could be). Your vision will indicate your unique contribution to rebuilding the world.

What do you need to INTEGRATE? Most of us have issues that need to be resolved, and goals that need to be integrated so that we can get back in alignment with who we truly are. Integration means bringing your goals into harmony with your field so that what you desire becomes possible for you. A goal is anything you want that you don't have yet. Most people don't attain their goals because they have contamination's to their bio-computers that are blocking their system; when those contamination's are cleared, many things become possible that were not possible before. The most effective way to to integrate your goals is using Geotran human programming, because Geotran integrations are designed to get you back in alignment with your divine self. Setting your goals helps you to see who you are and what you truly want, and integrating them resets your alignment - so it's a double treat!

So what are you passionate about? Where does your enthusiasm show itself most strongly? That is the single most important indicator of what you are here to do. The fortunate ones have such strong passions that they know immediately what path to take. Most of us have to work at it a bit, because everyone has pressure from their family, culture or society, and that can be distracting until you learn that being who you are is the most important thing you in life.

So, although detachment is required for mastery, and that makes many masters look unemotional, detachment does NOT diminish your passions. Rather, detachment gives you a sense of proportion, so that you can channel your passions in the best and most obedient way. With detachment, you can balance obedience and your passions in the service of your divine assignment here on planet earth. Without passion, you don't have a direction or assignments to focus on. So cherish your passions, have fun with them, give them free rein, and allow them to direct you in line with what you're here to do!

Creating A Vision For Your Business

Winging Your Average Life..

I want you to look at that heading and really think about what it means and subsequently what it means for your online income. That's what your here for right? To make a living on the internet, creating an amazing business which lets you take control of your life and make it by your own design. You can't make anything great unless you plan on making it that way, there's a saying that goes, "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". I'll be honest I have no idea who said that but the meaning behind it resonates with me so deeply, that every day I get up I know what I am doing and what I am working towards. But too often I speak with people and they don't know what they are going to do in that day, they might say "oh I'm just working" or "its my day off".

These are the same people who don't know what they want out of life and they end up winging every day they get through. Even business owners who have the motivation and drive to make something of their business, don't always have a clear vision of how they are going to grow their business and where it is going to be in 3, 5 or even 10 years.

I want you to think of it this way, if you plan on going on holiday you have to really plan that holiday in detail if you are going to make it a great holiday. The location, the activities, whether its hot or cold there, whether the accommodation is classy or cheap, whether or not there is a mini bar because you know you are going to want a drink when you arrive at your room. The point is if you don't think about what you want out of a holiday, you will probably have a rubbish one. What I want to show you here is exactly how you can create an epic vision of your future business and use it to map out your success over a 3 or 5 year period.#

Creating Your Vision

Whether it is creating your online income generating business, or even a combination of both online and offline, you need to start with a vision. The vision needs to be of you already having reached your end destination. When a plane fly's to another country, the pilot already knew where he was going and they have a ETA already calculated. They know where their going, why and roughly how long it will take, its the same with your vision. To enable you to create a great vision of your business, here are the steps that myself and many other entrepreneurs are using to create great businesses with a purpose.

Step 1 - Create your picture

We think in pictures, so sometimes the best way of seeing the future you want is by drawing it. Now this doesn't have to be picasso grade work, it just needs to work for you, enabling you to put what you want your business to look like in years to come in drawing. This will be the starting point of writing your vision so think about the different components that would make up an ideal business for you. I remember I drew a picture of a laptop and a hammock on a private beach to begin with, I love travelling and if I can run my business like that, which many other people do in the same way then I am going to do so. The same goes for you, what do you really want out of your business and what do you want it to be?

Step 2 - Collect some photographs

Creating an online income or for that matter any other business is extremely ball breaking at times and it does drag you down if you rely on will power alone. Sometimes you need to remind yourself of why you are doing it, remind yourself of why you are putting in the effort in the first place and collecting photos is a great way to do it. Collect photos that reflect what you want out of your business, if that means you want a flash car and a mansion as a result of the online income you generate, then you need to find some pictures of these things. Do not under estimate the power of this step, seeing visual reminders of what you are working towards is great motivation to keep on going even when the going gets tough.

Step 3 - Describe your perfect day

Now were really getting into detail in this step. Now you need to describe your ideal day and what you want it to look like. What would you consider to be a day that just goes right for yourself? One that you come home and just can't stop talking to your other half about, a day that has been formed from lots of hard work and graft. Write it all down in detail so you can come back to it on a daily basis.

Step 4- Imagine what life will be like

Now you need to imagine exactly what your life will be like once you have created your ideal business. When you think about something already having been done, your subconscious will do everything it can to make it a reality as it does not know the difference between make believe and reality. Once your subconscious begins to work for you to make it reality, you have the most powerful tool on your side. Be as specific as you can, remember you need to make it so real, because when it comes down to it, the time in between you achieving your vision and now, simply becomes the buffering time of life.

Step 5 - Get clear about the value you deliver

You need to decide now exactly what the value is you are providing to your audience. Not just the features themselves, you need to explain the benefits of your business and what it can do for your customers. When you wake up knowing what you and your business is all about, you can create an online income unparalleled to any other income source, because you have a business that fuels the fire of your passion and a limitless platform of which to promote it. Know your features and benefits like the back of your hand.

Step 6 - Write your vision

Now it is time to write down the vision for your business. Don't worry if it isn't perfect, you can tweak it and add to it in time, it just needs to be believable, like it has already happened. Just start writing now!In time you will be able to emotionally charge it in various different ways, using language that really gets the hairs on your neck to stick up. If you have a strong vision written down now, giving you a reason to get out of bed every day to make it happen, if you read it every day and make it a part of you, well you are on your way to achieving your desired online income, business and lifestyle.

How to Find Your Passion in Life

Being passionate about life is essential to one's happiness. Life becomes dull and boring if you don't do what makes you happy. Find out what is your passion and pursue it. It is the best antidote to the frustrations and drudgeries that life may bring.

Know Yourself

A great philosopher once said that it is necessary for a person to know himself. The best time to experience this is during quiet moments when you commune with yourself and your God. Soul searching brings tremendous enlightenment to one's mind. It helps you to discover your strengths and weaknesses. In doing so, you come to understand and accept yourself better. Meditation also helps you to set your priorities. This leads you to put more importance on the things that matter most in your life. So take time for meditation and prayer each day. The self discovery that it brings will help you decide what you want to do in life.

Do the Things that Make You Happy

Your happiness does not depend on anybody but yourself. Try to discover what makes you happy and do it! Your passion may come from doing simple things or doing great things not only for yourself but for others. This could be a love for writing, singing, acting, cooking or doing charity work. Whatever it is, it should give you enjoyment and self-fulfillment. Many people engage in their passion hoping that it will bring them fame or material success. If this fails to happen, their passion may diminish or even be forgotten. Do not be bitter if success fails to accompany your passion.

Find Time for Yourself

Some people are guilty of neglecting themselves. They are too busy with their career, business, relationship or family life. Doing the thing that you love during a needed break is beneficial to your well-being. It will result to a more relaxed and happier you. It is the best cure for stress. Managing stress creates a more balanced and fulfilled existence.

Ignore Destructive Criticisms

Sometimes people are discouraged to pursue their passion because of destructive criticisms. These criticisms may come from other people or from his own self. People may not like your writing style, your singing or what you cook. Remember that you are not obliged to please everybody. Somehow, there are also people who would appreciate what you do. What is important is that you give your best and you find fulfillment in it. You will not have the confidence to pursue your passion if you are over-critical about your own abilities. Self-doubt can often lead to inaction.

Passion for something is like loving somebody. Like love, it comes from the desire of the heart. Life becomes more meaningful and enjoyable when you follow your heart.
