What Is Your Passion?

What is passion? Dictionary definitions include "a powerful emotion, such as love, joy, hatred, or anger; ardent love; strong sexual desire; lust; the object of such love or desire; boundless enthusiasm or the object of such enthusiasm; an abandoned display of emotion, especially of anger", and so on.

This article is about passion in the sense of powerfully focused emotion/enthusiasm. Your passions can be an excellent indicator of what you are here to do. Before coming to this planet, we agreed to a separation from our eternal selves, so that part can only speak to us through our emotions, saying "yes, that one" or "no, not this way". The more passionate you are on a certain topic, the more likely it is to be part of what you are here to do. The following questions will help you identify your passions:

What do you LOVE
What do you KNOW
What do you DESIRE
What do you EXCEL AT
What do you FOCUS ON
What do you SEE that others don't?
What do you need to INTEGRATE? That means getting your system lined up with what you want, on all levels.

These seven are the components of PASSION. So let's look at them:

What do you LOVE? When you love someone or something, then you automatically see the best in that person or topic, and willingly lend yourself to its care and support. This opens up your faculties for compassion and light. You are more naturally light-hearted and enlightened about those things you love, and this increases your desire and ability to learn about that person or subject. Remember when you were in love? And how you wanted to know everything about your beloved? Well, some people feel the same about medicine, design, or engineering: it's endlessly fascinating if that is the object of your love. Well, if that topic is part of your blueprint, you will have a similar enduring fascination. So what you love is going to be part of what you are here to do. In fact, learning to love is one of our required courses during this lifetime.

What do you KNOW? Your inner blueprint is always going to combine your previous experiences and types of training, no matter how diverse. Whatever you did and learned in the past adds to your unique skill set and perspective, both of which can be used in the service of your divine blueprint once you are in alignment.

What do you DESIRE? What do you lean in to? What do you feel the lack of when it's absent, and enjoy when it reappears? Contrary to some religious positions that distrust desire, or see it as the root of all suffering, I believe that desire is your firmest connection between your higher self and your human self, between the seen and unseen fields. Through desire, your eternal self is attempting to guide you using your emotions. When you have expanded feelings, it means "go here - do this!" Contracted or negative feelings mean "not this one". So you can use your desire nature to find out what you are here to engage with. Usually your desires are positive, and bring you joy or pleasure. Of course, sometimes the lesson is "don't do this again!"

What do you EXCEL AT? If you are designed to do something specific, you will naturally have the resources to fulfill your assignment. You come fully loaded with the talents and programs you require to thrive! So many people think they should do this or that, then look at how they can train as an accountant, doctor, architect, or whatever. They think about what might work for them, rather than asking what their inner blueprint calls for. People who go the conventional route tend to get burnt out by their 40s, because the work they do is out of alignment for their lives. It's so much more efficient and enjoyable to listen within and find out what programs you already have, and what you require to polish that up and express it. Mozart had a innate genius for composition; he just needed to practice the piano, and fortunately was born to a father who taught keyboards. Now, that's the way to learn excellence!

What do you FOCUS ON? By universal law, what you focus on expands in your life. You always focus on what's important to you, for good or ill. Some people appear to relish suffering, martyrdom, poverty and depression - at least they stay focused on stress or pain. Your focus says a lot about what your Spirit finds important. One person devotes a lot of time to staying fit and healthy; another speaks/writes/thinks about spiritual issues all the time. Yet another is fascinated by numbers and spends all her time on mathematics and physics. Someone else loves order, and becomes an accountant (as well as keeping a tidy home and having a haircut every month). Your focus shows up everywhere in your life, not just your profession, though of course, it's best to have a profession that uses your natural focus! Fortunately it's usually easy to identify your natural focus, because (of course) you'll be spending a lot of time doing whatever that is.

What do you SEE that others don't see? This identifies your area of service, and thus what you are passionate about. Serving humanity, the planet, and God (however you think of God) is about seeing problems and creating wonderful solutions that restore, improve or create better conditions for everyone. In order to solve a problem, you have to see that there is a problem. The more precisely and clearly you see a particular problem, the more likely it is that you are part of the solution, and the greater passion you will have for solving it. We each have a unique vision of the world, and we can use that to help co-create heaven on earth. This applies equally to the negative (situations that are out of whack) and positive (your vision of how great and wonderful things could be). Your vision will indicate your unique contribution to rebuilding the world.

What do you need to INTEGRATE? Most of us have issues that need to be resolved, and goals that need to be integrated so that we can get back in alignment with who we truly are. Integration means bringing your goals into harmony with your field so that what you desire becomes possible for you. A goal is anything you want that you don't have yet. Most people don't attain their goals because they have contamination's to their bio-computers that are blocking their system; when those contamination's are cleared, many things become possible that were not possible before. The most effective way to to integrate your goals is using Geotran human programming, because Geotran integrations are designed to get you back in alignment with your divine self. Setting your goals helps you to see who you are and what you truly want, and integrating them resets your alignment - so it's a double treat!

So what are you passionate about? Where does your enthusiasm show itself most strongly? That is the single most important indicator of what you are here to do. The fortunate ones have such strong passions that they know immediately what path to take. Most of us have to work at it a bit, because everyone has pressure from their family, culture or society, and that can be distracting until you learn that being who you are is the most important thing you in life.

So, although detachment is required for mastery, and that makes many masters look unemotional, detachment does NOT diminish your passions. Rather, detachment gives you a sense of proportion, so that you can channel your passions in the best and most obedient way. With detachment, you can balance obedience and your passions in the service of your divine assignment here on planet earth. Without passion, you don't have a direction or assignments to focus on. So cherish your passions, have fun with them, give them free rein, and allow them to direct you in line with what you're here to do!

The First Step to Happiness, Wealth and Abundance (Hint: It's All in Your Head)

Have you ever noticed that people who are confident, bold and apparently carefree tend to enjoy a fulfilling and abundant life? When you look at those people what do you think? Do you assume that must have had a privileged upbringing, a top-tier education and financial support, or do you admire them for creating the life they have?

When I was growing up in England, the cultural tendency was to knock people who were clearly doing well. For example, when my brother, who is a successful lawyer, bought his first fancy car (a gorgeously sleek Lotus), other drivers visibly bristled. They would challenge him to races at stop-lights, yell insults and even flip him the bird! Isn't that insane? All because he had the kind of car they would have given their right arm to be driving. I'm sure they made all kinds of snap-judgments about him, but in reality, he went to public school and was brought up in a middle class home by parents who had their fair share of financial challenges.

So, if privilege and opportunity aren't the reasons for success, what's the X-factor that makes some people joyful, wealthy and abundant? I've learn that it comes down to one thing, and it's something we can all have. A Positive Mindset. Successful happy people have learn how to use their most powerful tool, the mind, to their advantage, rather than being a slave to it. The great news is that we ALL have the ability to make our mind work for us - it just takes a little knowledge and a lot of practice. When we are able to let go of fear, doubt and regret - all of which come from living in the past or future - we are free to innovate, create and allow success, happiness and wealth into our lives.

Now, I'm no expert and am definitely a work in progress, but I'm working on it and would like to share a few things that are working for me right now. At the end of this post, I'll ask for your comments. Please do share what works for you.

1) Keep learning

Ever since I learning about the power we have when we use our thoughts and words wisely, I've made a conscious effort to keep learning about the subject. I read books, listen to recordings, attend classes and associate myself with people who share my beliefs. For me, keeping on track is a moment by moment affair, so the more I read and learn, the better my odds. I'll share some books that I've found immensely helpful at the end of this post.

2) Practice being in the Now (any which way you can)

The underlying philosophy of establishing and maintaining a wealthy, abundant joyful mindset is mastering the art of being in the moment. For anyone who's ever tried this, it's incredibly hard! The human mind seems to default to thinking about everything BUT the present moment. But when we focus on things that may happen in the future or stuff that happened in the past, we open ourselves up to anxiety, fear, doubt and regret. So how do you master the art of being present? Here are a couple of things that I'm trying:

Meditation:

I'm going to come clean here: I'm the woman who squanders her Savasanas thinking about shopping lists, what I'll make for dinner, calling my mom or any other crap that happens to enter my mind. Meditation does not come easy to me, but then I don't think it comes easily to anyone, so I'm persevering. I went to a meditation class and was relieved to learn that you can meditate anywhere - in the car while waiting for your kids to come out of school, cooking dinner - anywhere. The trick (it seems) is to find the joy in all things. Sound like a stretch? Let me give you an example: When I'm cooking dinner for my family I can choose to feel one of two ways (1) put upon and resentful that I do all the cooking, or (2) joyful that I have the ability, resources and time to feed my family healthy food. I know from my days living in Harlem, where so many people are on food stamps, that this is indeed a privilege.

Running:

I find running a much easier way to meditate, so it tends to be my go-to method. Once I get past the first 20 minutes where my internal voice is grumbling about how my legs feel like lead, my mind starts to ease up. I notice my surroundings, feel the strength and vitality of my body and enjoy feeling the cobwebs being replaced by creative ideas and thoughts. Yoga, swimming or walking might be your thing. Do whatever works for you a few times a week.

3) Lead by example

When I first met my now-husband, Steffen, he was not into ANY of this stuff! I learned that trying to change or convert him in any way was futile, not to mention arrogant, so I decided to just do my own thing and let him do his. Slowly, but surely, he started to pick up the books I left around accidentally-on-purpose. Before long he saw my point about amps, bicycles and deck furniture not being energetically-optimal things to have in, say, the bedroom. Do your own thing and you'll attract like-minded people naturally.

Of course, I'm just scratching the surface, but these three practices alone have made a huge difference to my life and business.

What about you? How do you feel about mindset and the law of attraction? Are you of the mind that it's all a load of hooey, or have you experienced transformations or found resources that you'd like to share?

Here are those book recommendations I mentioned:

How Do You Value Your Self-Worth?

Quanta Review - How Do You Value Your Self-Worth?

How do you value your self-worth? This is a very tough question and not so easy to understand, huh? What I mean is do you focus more on what you already have or more on what you don't have? This focus goes a long way in determining how you value your self-worth. You see, the way our mind works is we move toward what we focus on (according to the 8 rules of the subconscious mind). With one of the most important subconscious mind rules being "What's expected tends to be realized". So, I ask again, 'Do you focus on your lack or what you don't have, or more on what you do have'? So, if you focus on your lack what do you think you will create? You guessed it, more lack. What we focus on is what we create. If you focus on what you don't have, you will create more of what you don't have.

The point is, the focus on lack or what you don't have will bring you weakness and insecurity. Focusing on lack will bring you down. OK, so if you don't have what you want currently, how do you obtain millions (if that's your goal). It all starts by valuing where you are and who you are currently.

You value your situation as it exists right now, and who you are as a person right now, and moving toward what you want to have and who you want to become. The #1 secret to creating wealth (if that's your goal) is to value your self. In other words, you value your current situation, staying focused on where you want to go and placing no one above you. In your mind, you stand face to face on an equal level with everyone. You value your own life as it exists currently where you are today because you continually put forth your best. You put forth the very best you know how to do. When you value yourself and always put forth your very best your value to others increases. When your value to others increases a funny thing happens. You guessed it, as your value to others increases your income increases accordingly. When you value yourself, you create a very powerful and effective presence that is attractive to others. When this happens, other people will want to hitch their wagon to yours.

By developing and projecting an attitude of self-worth, the mind immediately eliminates any financial struggles. You see, when you focus on where you want to go, you have to let go of the lack. This is another rule of the subconscious mind which states, "The subconscious mind cannot hold two opposing thoughts at one and the same time". Take a look at all the things that make your insecure. Then simply let go of those things you cannot control, and focus on where you want to go and what you want to have.

When you feel secure and content about where you are and let go of the insecurities, you will see a shift toward what you are focused on. In other words, you will move in the direction of your focus. That is another simple a rule of the subconscious mind (we create more of what we are focused on) and has been practiced for hundreds of years by the super wealthy. In summary, learn to let go of your insecurities or what's holding you back from where you want to go and then focus on where you want to go. Amazing things will begin to happen.

The 7 Most Popular Life Goals And How You Can Achieve Them

If I were to ask you what your number one goal is right now, I bet it would be in this list.

1. I want to write a book
2. I want to start a business
3. I want to be healthier
4. I want to travel
5. I want to make money doing something I love
6. I want to do something positive for the world/volunteer.
7. I want to reduce my stress (money worries, relationship worries, etc)

This is a pretty ambitious list of things to want to do. Do you see yourself here? And if so, what have you been doing to try and achieve one or more of these?

Dreaming and doing are two different things. If you've been dreaming of a goal for weeks, months or even years now, here are some simple ways to make any of your goals come true.

Life Goal #1: I want to write a book

In order to write a 50,000 word book in 30 days, you'll have to write 1,667 words per day. Sound like a daunting task? Stretch it out into a three month or six month process, and the numbers drop to 556 or 278 words per day respectively.

The problem isn't in creating the book; its usually in finding the time to do it. When you look at it in a slightly different format - I'll write my book in six months - it gives you a new perspective. If you normally get up at 7 in the mornings, get up at 6 and dedicate that hour to writing your 278 words. While the first few days might be extremely difficult to get your 278 words out, by the time you're several weeks into the project, 278 words will fall out in a few minutes time.

You can also dedicate time to your new found craft to make things easier. There are many writing and self-publishing groups online and in your local area. Consider joining a group like National Novel Writing Month to keep you on track with your writing. Or read one of the many books on publishing your own book - try APE: Author, Publisher, Entrepreneur - How To Publish a Book

Life Goal #2: I want to start a business

Starting a business has never been easier. It doesn't take a lot of time. It doesn't take a lot of money. And it no longer takes a lot of resources. If you have a laptop and Internet connection, you can set up a portable business from just about anywhere. In the book Laptops Millionaire it provides many ways to turn ideas into something we can do from our kitchen table, no matter what city our kitchen table is currently located in.

The problem with setting up a new business is overwhelm. If you've been thinking about starting up your own business for a while now, what's holding you back? Chances are it's the complexity of your goals. Instead of saying "I'm starting up a business", change it to something more manageable, such as "I'm printing up business cards today". All of a sudden you can quickly see your goals fall into place, just by shrinking up the requirements you think about every day.

Life Goal #3: I want to be healthier

Why doesn't a diet work? Because you're not going to the root of the problem. Ask anyone on a diet how they are doing, and you'll start hearing a list of "I can'ts". I can't have this. I can't do that. A brain on "can't" will never make it.

When I decided to go vegetarian, I never once thought of all the things I couldn't eat. Instead, I focused on the delicious foods I got to eat. When I reduced the amount of sugar I take in to almost nothing, I never looked at sweets longingly. Instead, I chose to eat things I knew were healthy and made me feel better both inside and out.

In order to be healthier, you have to learn to turn your can'ts into cans. Commit to something you believe in - becoming vegetarian for instance - and do everything you can to turn that into a lifestyle. Buy a vegetarian cookbook - The Happy Herbivore is one of my favorites - and pick out one recipe for every day of the week. Add those ingredients to your shopping list, and make the time to incorporate them into your meal planning.

Life Goal #4: I want to travel

What does travel mean to you? Do you like to get away for the weekend? Or does around the world travel, 365 days of the year fit more into your plans?

One of the best ways we've found to get more out of our travel bucks is to rent apartments and homes instead of staying in a hotel. Last year we spent six weeks in Spain and Italy, and rented two bedroom apartments in every city we visited. We had beautiful kitchens and used them almost daily for breakfast, lunch and dinners. We packed picnics when we went sightseeing for the day, and only rarely took in fancy restaurants. I guarantee we saved hundreds of dollars this way (and its healthier too) - which meant we could easily boost our travel time to six weeks on the savings. HomeAway and Vacation Rentals are two great resources for you to find cute vacation rentals right in the heart of everything.

Life Goal #5: I want to make money doing something I love

Let's face it, we all get sick of "life" on occasion. But if you find yourself sick of your day job every single day, it may be time to re-evaluate what makes you happy.

If you are one of the people that exists at work because you don't know what else to do, and a "big idea" has never hit your consciousness, it may be time to focus in on what will make you happy  right now.

Looking for one great idea puts too high of expectations on your lifestyle. Instead, simplify it and look at what you enjoy today and what you can see yourself doing right now. Focus in on the present, not what is feasible a decade or more into the future. By turning to who you are today and what's possible with your knowledge right now, its easier to focus in on things that are possible.

Life is full of opportunity. You just have to focus on what's possible right now in the present.

Life Goal #6: I want to do something positive for the world/volunteer

Sometimes a change of scenery is all you need to make you look at the world a little differently. Why not volunteer? You can take the traditional road and volunteer for something right in your own community, like Habitat for Humanity. Or combine your volunteering with a travel opportunity with organizations like Heifer International.

Volunteering can quickly set you up for finding a passion in your life. From there you may decide to help others set up their own life's purpose with places like Kiva. Or fund your own ideas with a place like Kickstarter.

Life Goal #7: I want to reduce my stress (money worries, relationship worries, etc)

Think stress has to be a part of your life? Think again. Get to the root of the problem and eliminate it.

Stress doesn't go away without working at it. Stress is simply an outward expression of your reaction to something going on in your life. And if you don't change the pattern, it will continue to fester and grow until it impacts your life and/or your health.

You can start by taking control over your health. Meditation is a great way to put everything else aside and increase the peace you feel from the inside out.

Have specific issues going on in your life right now that you want to change? Don't go it alone. Sometimes an outside perspective can help you see things in an "a-ha" way. I've helped hundreds of people through my coaching programs. Being able to see things in a new light, and change your approach can truly put you on an entirely new path.

Do you see yourself in any of the above? Quit dreaming about it and just do it.

30 Day Challenge - Improving Your Productivity By Creating Better Habits

When it comes to improving your productivity there are a number of strategies you can use to make it happen. One strategy that we like to suggest is to challenge yourself to add a habit or behavior that will support your overall productivity.

You can also approach this from the perspective of getting rid of a habit or behavior that currently hinders your overall productivity. It doesn't matter as much which of these two you choose to do as long as you actually complete the thirty day challenge.

At the end of this you can be an even better example of possibility to your friends and family. You will also get the feeling of being able to overcome the things that in the past have been holding you back from being more productive.

THE THIRTY DAY HABIT CHANGE CHALLENGE;

Since it is probably safe to say that we understand why you would want to increase your level of productivity I think we should make sure we are talking about the same thing. Wikipedia defines "Habit" as  "...A habit, from the standpoint of psychology, is a more or less fixed way of thinking, willing, or feeling acquired through previous repetition of a mental experience." There are of course two sides of the coin with this. We all have positive habits that we do day in and day out that enrich our lives. Because they have become automatic behaviors they will keep happening until we make a conscious effort to change them.

What we are looking to do with the thirty day challenge is either add a positive habit to our existing set of habits or get rid of a habit that we have deemed negative. That is an automatic behavior that we keep performing day in and day out that actually takes away from our lives.

Since our focus in this report is on increasing productivity we will be looking with that outcome in mind.  So Why Will This Work? The thirty day challenge is based on three specific principles that make it work. The first principle is the idea of "Awareness Is Curative".

This is the idea that as we make ourselves consciously aware of something then we can do something about it because it's not happening out of our awareness.  This is important because if we are trying to change a habit then we have to make ourselves consciously aware of when we are performing the unwanted behavior. Conversely, if we are trying to add a new habit then conscious repetition is one of the keys to making it an automatic behavior.

The second principle of "Focus Causes Growth" works on the idea that the things we focus on tend to grow. This is partially because that increased focus implies increased importance. Since we usually perform or tend to the things we deem important first then this is a way to leverage that mental strategy.

Finally, the thirty day challenge works because a "temporary commitment is easier to keep then a permanent one". That is you can more easily make the mental decision to do something for thirty days then you can to say you will do it for the rest of your life. It's a well-known psychological adage that a habit can be formed in 21 consecutive days.

Once you have formed this habit then no more conscious input is needed on your part.

60 SECOND DECISION MAKING PROCESS STEPS

Step 1. Identify a habit to create or change.

Step 2. Commit to daily execution.

Step 3. Keep track of your execution or lack thereof.

Step 4. Adjust your execution using triggers if needed on a daily or weekly basis.

Step 5. Add controls as necessary.

COMMON THIRTY DAY CHALLENGE ISSUES

Of course whenever you are given a new set of tasks to do there will usually be some form of resistance to it even if it was your own idea. Let's take a look at three of the more common issues that people have encountered with this and what they have done to get past them.

Issue #1 - Looking Past The Thirty Days This is when instead of keeping their focus on just doing what needs to be done today their focus shifts to what happens a month or six months from now. Solution The biggest solution here is to just trust that if you do your part for the next thirty days that the rest will work itself out. The reason we know this to be true is that you currently have positive habits that are working for you right now that you are not even conscious of. We are just giving you a more direct way to add to that collection.

Issue #2 - Making It To Cumbersome To Track There are two things that will allow you to be successful in the thirty day challenge. The first is to make sure you perform the new habit or substitute something in place of an existing habit you are trying to change. The second part is to make sure you track this. Solution Tracking your daily execution doesn't have to be complicated. It could be as simple as adding a tally to a piece of paper or adding an entry to your digital diary or notepad. Keep it simple.

Issue #3 - Focus On The Habit Instead Of The Process This is like trying to watch water boil and forgetting the fact that if it's heated at a certain temperature for a certain amount of time it will boil most of the time.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

I know we have covered a lot of new information in this report. We looked at why you would want to improve your productivity, introduced the thirty day challenge, covered the principles that make the challenge work and finally what to do if you encounter three popular stumbling blocks. By allowing yourself to commit to the thirty day challenge you can fully expect your productivity to increase in the specific area you have chosen to tackle first. Depending on your choice this could mean more fulfilling relationships, more satisfying career and/or business outcomes and of course a greater sense of accomplishment.

The Importance of Goal Setting

Goal setting is the first step toward successful goal achievement. It marks your first point toward success. It is what put your life into real action mode. Without this step, the other steps of goal achievement cannot take place. Here are a few reasons why goal-setting is very important.

Clarifies Your End Vision
Without setting a goal, you will be driving in a road where you are not sure where to go. It also gives you a clear vision of what you really want. Setting a goal would help you clarify what you really aiming for. It wouldn't be good to have an ambiguous goal for you will surely be confused.

Look for the right words to express your goals. This way, you will know what truly excites and motivates you.

Drives You Forward
Your goals are a representation of your inner desires - desires which motivate you in life. The point when you set goals marks one the points when you are most connected with your source of motivation. It is when your motivation is at its peak. Having goals at your side serve as constant reminders of your motivational sources. They are the fuel which drive you forward and keep you going when the going gets tough.

Gives You Focus

Goals can help a person stay focused and maintain motivation to maintain certain activities required to achieve a goal, such as exercising to lose weight or saving money to buy a certain item. Goals can help direct behavior and define a person's priorities, report educators at the University of Illinois Department of Disability and Human Development. Setting goals breaks down the process needed to achieve a specific outcome.

Forces You To Work on your Action Plan

Having a goal enables you to focus your energies on devising ways to achieve it. When someone makes a decision and begins focusing on achieving a specific goal (and even better in a specific period of time), the powerful subconscious mind goes to work and begins playing with ideas and developing strategies of various ways to bring about the successful completion of the goal. When you set yourself a goal both your conscious and subconscious start working on it and begin to develop an action plan. You will find you begin asking yourself questions about what needs to be done to enable you to reach your goal. You may find yourselves coming up with amazing ideas and solutions to problems or obstacles that have been in the way of achieving your goal. Solutions and ideas that you are surprised you ever thought of may start popping into your mind. Our subconscious is an extremely powerful tool.

Reminds You of Priorities

You will not stray away anywhere if you have set a goal for it can surely remind you of what needs to be done. Doing your priorities is a sure way to reach your goals but of course, you have to know what those priorities are. You can write them down on a post it so that you can be reminded anytime.

Encourages You To Always Do Your Best

Sometimes, you think that you won't be able to do something. But when it is already there, you discovered that you can actually do it because you were motivated to attain your goal. Setting goals can also let you go beyond the limits that you already know and be a better, stronger person. You can even discover other skills along the way.

Gives You Self-fulfillment

For sure, when you are able to set goals and attain them, you will feel fulfilled and this will even fuel you more to do better in life. You will also feel happy that you were able to do something valuable in life and that you have discovered new things about yourself due to reaching a certain goal. Having the feeling of fulfilment can surely make you a happy person leading to better work attitudes and perspective in life.

Personal Growth And Success Tips You Can Use Today

Helping yourself to become more dynamic and successful can be a little intimidating if you have never done it before. It can easily lead to a bad case of information overload because of all of the tools and resources available to you.

Here are some tips to assist you in getting all of this information organized to a point where you can start improving your life now.

Picking challenging goals is vital to successful personal development.

Stretching yourself is the only way to expand your limits. An overall goal should be one that is at least a little outside your grasp when you begin the journey towards it. Reaching for more than you think you can achieve will teach you how to do more.

Your self confidence during personal development periods will benefit from a harmonious relationship to your core self. If you're in tune with your mind, body, and soul, you'll find it easier to defend yourself against challenges to your core beliefs and values. This helps you strengthen the impact of your beliefs, and your confidence in them.

Going through a strength finder assessment is one of the best ways to get a grasp on how well you understand your strengths and areas of weakness.
